The Origins
Our Roots: A Legacy of Expertise
Manzoni Machinery was founded in Italy in 1998. The company was born from the vision of a team of expert engineers who already possessed over 35 years of hands-on experience in cold forming machine design. From day one, our mission was clear: to leverage deep mechanical knowledge to introduce technological innovations that would drastically change the cold forming world.
The first machines, designed and built entirely in Italy, were immediately adopted by manufacturers of high-precision parts in Italy, China, Japan, and Israel.

Strategic Expansion
Innovation Meets Competitiveness
In 2001, Manzoni Machinery expanded its operations by establishing a new facility in Huaian, Jiangsu — the most industrialized province in China. This location was chosen strategically: situated in the heart of a premier mechanical industrial district, it gives us access to a vast talent pool of skilled mechanical engineers and advanced production capabilities. This unique combination of Italian design and Chinese industrial power allows us to offer innovative technology at competitive prices, without compromising on quality.
