The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

All machines sold by Manzoni Machinery are sold according to the ExWork terms, requiring a deposit and the balance upon machine trial at our headquarters, unless otherwise specifically agreed. In case of delay in the payment of the balance beyond 30 days from the agreed delivery date, storage fees will automatically apply unless specific agreements exempt such charges.

The Company owns all intellectual property rights for all materials published on the Website. Users are authorized to share the content provided they include a clear link back to the website and do not modify, alter, or use it for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written consent from the Company.

The Company will not be liable for any damages that may arise from the improper use of the machines or from any tampering with the machines.

Warranty is valid provided there is no evidence of tampering. Any tampering or unauthorized modifications to the machine will void the warranty.

The Terms and Conditions are subject to change and review every six months. We will notify all customers subscribed to our newsletter of any changes, but it remains the user's responsibility to check these Terms periodically. We are not liable if customers fail to receive the notice of changes.
